I don't have time to go into it, but here's the update: Christmas 2010, I got engaged to the sweetest, cutest and funniest guy I've ever met. He and I go together like peanut butter and jelly. It's cosmic and perfect and just plain lucky that we came across one another, and I wouldn't trade anything that led up to it, even the yucky stuff. I finally have someone who loves me like I love him, and though it won't always be a walk in the park, my money is on it lasting a long, long time.
So to begin my next phase of blogging: I am doing a 365 project. It started January 1, 2011, and today is the first post, because I forgot to actually post it yesterday.
That is my engagement ring, and the hand it is sitting in, as an offering, is my fiance's hand--worn and rough from his job turning wrenches. Enough said.
